It is built around a lightweight, yet incredibly strong aluminum alloy frame, and grips the road, mud, sand, and dirt trails, or wherever else you may choose to ride it, with 2 chunky waterproof, anti-skid, 26″ X 4.0″ fat tires.
With this electric bike you have the option of 2 working modes. You can use it as a pedal assisted bike, where your legs do the work and the motor kicks in to help you along, or as an electric bike where the throttle and the motor do the work and you relax and enjoy the ride.
The ECOTRIC Fat Tire Electric Bike is driven by a 500 W brushless gear rear hub motor, which is powered by a 36 V 12 Ah removable and rechargeable Lithium battery which can be fully charged in 5-8 hours, either on or off the bike. Once fully charged, the battery holds enough power for the bike to reach speeds of up to 23 mph, and cover distances of up to 25 miles, and has a lifetime of around 1000 cycles.
For a smoother riding experience, no matter what the terrain, or the weather conditions, Ecotric have fitted this bike with Shimano Acera 7-speed Gears which offer light action operation and have oversized pulleys to limit noise and wear, and, to ensure you stop, on time, every time, the front and rear wheels are each fitted with Tektro Novela Mechanical Disc 160mm Rotor brakes.
