NAKTO 26″ 250W Cargo Electric Bicycle Review…
The Nakto Cargo Electric Bicycle
The front forks are also made from the same carbon steel and are designed with premium comfort shock absorption in mind to give you the most comfortable ride possible. It has to be said though, that this e-bike is for use on roads and streets and not for hilly and bumpy off-road riding.
A major plus with this type of electric bike is that it has 2 working modes, meaning that it can be use either as an e-bike where only the motor is used and no pedaling is required, or it can be used as an assisted bike where the rider is helped along by the motor. Combining the 2 modes can extend the riding time and the distance covered.
This electric bike from Nakto also features a high quality brake and gear shift system. The front brake is a standard V-Brake which clamps the wheel, and which you will need to set yourself, and the rear brake is a disc brake.
The gear shift system is a 6-Speed Shimano Transmission System which is operated by a pushbutton for up-shifting, and a lever for downshifting, which are both located on the right handlebar grip. It is a derailer system so you need to be peddling while changing gear, and with 6-speeds to choose from there should be no difficulty riding the streets. Also the gears only work when pedaling, they do not work when the bike is used solely as an electric bike.
